The need

A cybersecurity firm does not compromise on its data: it wanted a tailor-made product, from the CV to the signed contract, evolving at its pace and keeping everything in France.

Under the hood

Three applications with separate roles (the firm’s tool, CV analysis, background processing) and code split by business area: consultants, clients and missions, contracts, documents, identity, email. Long tasks go through queues: CV analysis, signatures, email tracking, reminders, data purge. Each service scales on its own and the queues absorb peaks: the tool grows with the firm without a rewrite, the screen never freezes and an interrupted task resumes without duplicates.

The team signs in with its Microsoft account (Entra ID), consultants with a single-use link sent by email. Three separate environments, infrastructure as code, dashboards and an alert as soon as a scheduled task fails to run.

How we work

Workshops, prototypes, short deliveries: each request from the firm becomes a feature, in production within a few weeks, after acceptance testing in staging.

The firm’s feedback goes straight into the developers’ AI agents, which follow the project’s rules and know-how. Every change goes through automated tests before it reaches the firm.

Sovereignty and control of the data

Every piece of data has a known path: CVs, profiles, documents, emails and AI are hosted at Scaleway, in Paris. Only the contract to sign goes through the signature service, and the team’s sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID.

The AI relies on open‑weight models running at Scaleway, chosen by comparing them all on real CVs: the firm depends on no closed model and can switch without a rewrite, just like the signature service.

GDPR

The product is designed along GDPR principles: retention limited to 2 years, automatic purge, right to erasure, action log, access revocable in seconds.
