What do your repetitive tasks cost you?

Invoices, follow-ups, meeting notes. A few minutes here, an hour there. Add it up and see how much time you could free up.

How we calculate it

For each task: duration × occurrences per year × people, capped at 24 hours per person per period. We multiply the total by your hourly labour cost. Full-time equivalents use the French statutory working year of 1,607 hours. Year 1 net benefit = value freed up − upfront budget. Payback = budget ÷ monthly benefit, rounded up to whole months.

We use 228 working days a year (365 days less 104 weekend days, 25 days of paid leave and 8 public holidays), the base of the official French 1,607-hour year: 228 days × 7 hours plus the solidarity day. A week has 5 working days, so 45.6 working weeks a year, and a month is one twelfth.

The default hourly cost of €44 rounds the €43.90 published by INSEE for 2024 (non-agricultural market sector excluding household services, firms with 10 or more employees). Our automation ranges are cautious estimates bounded by the technical potential that McKinsey Global Institute, A future that works (2017) measured on US work activities: 69% of data processing and 64% of data collection. They are not measured in your business.

These are hours freed up, not jobs removed. This estimate is not a quote. The value of time saved only becomes a cash saving if an actual expense falls. Subscriptions, maintenance, deployment delays and ramp-up are excluded.
