Seating plan
An app to plan an event’s seating (wedding, birthday, gala, seminar) and keep it alive until the big day: tables, guests, groups, guest replies, menu, schedule, and a 3D view of the venue.

A shared spreadsheet, and its limits
It all started with a wedding planned in a spreadsheet: names in free text, no warning when a table overflowed, no record of who changed what. Several people edited it, and nobody was sure they had the latest version.
One plan, on every screen
The goal: a tool the whole organising team shares, each person on their own computer or phone, with their own account. Organisers edit, family and friends view. The plan checks capacities, keeps groups together and flags guests who must sit apart.

Sheets ready for every supplier
Once the plan is set, everything goes to the suppliers without copying a thing: for the caterer, a black-and-white floor plan with each table’s dietary needs, then the menu, the day-of schedule, the stock sheet and printable table cards.

On the day
On the wedding day, every guest found their seat, the caterer served each table without a mistake and the table cards came straight out of the tool.
